NOAH's Class of 2010

NOAH has had hundreds of athletes participate in the past 12 years.  Of the many sports teams NOAH has fielded, all of them represent our best efforts to train the next generation to be all that God has designed for them to be. While they have learned much about themselves through their academics and athletics, we know that the quest to be what God has called them to be is a daily pursuit.
To that end we ask the entire NOAH community to congratulate the class of 2010. We further ask that you join us in praying for them as their make several transitions in their lives. We hope their impact on NOAH's activities will continue as they begin to see new opportunities for themselves.
We want to recognize  those completing their high school studies in 2010. Please use the "comments" link at the bottom of this article to add to our list of students who've participated in NOAH and are completing their high school studies this academic year. If you can, please include a link to their personal bio (i.e. facebook, website, or other source) and which NOAH activity(s) they have participated in.

Here are the members of the Class of 2010:

NOAH NEWS sent to your cellphone

Several NOAH athletes are now using their mobile text messaging(SMS) to keep in touch with team news and last-minute announcements. Its a little-known secret that most mobile phone services come with an email address for sending messages to the handset. We want to give our NOAH community every opportunity to utilize these features, should you choose.
NOAH athletes travel from a wide area, to attend team events. Often, athletes don't always come directly from their home to the team practice or game. But even when you do, getting stuck in traffic or on a long commute doesn't have to prevent you from receiving important team news. If weather or scheduling issues come up at the last minute, you can reroute your course on the spot.
All you need to do is sign up with your mobile text email address(see list below) at your NOAH team blog page in the "Feedburner" or Feedblitz" box. Your coach will have access to your various email contacts and notify you whenever news arises. Follow the example below. If your phone accepts MMS (multimedia service) you'll like that version better.

EXTRA: NOAH Baseball Wins at National Tournament

From NOAH President, Fred Sabatini:

I wanted to share some national Tulsa Jaguar Homeschool baseball success with you.
I'm sending this to you from sunny Auburndale, Florida where the Jags finished out the High School Homeschool World Series winning 3 of 5 games and clinching the HWSA (Homeschool World Series Association) Silver Division championship with a 9-1 win over the Charlotte, NC Stampede.

Twentythree of the top homeschool baseball teams from accross the country spent the week in Auburdale Florida slugging it out for the top spots.
Three of the Tulsa NOAH Jaguars were named to the all tournament Silver Division All-American team; Seniors...Erik Willis & Austin Ervin and Sophomore Joe Sabatini.
The future looks bright as the Tulsa NOAH Jaguars clinched the championship with only two seniors and nine underclassmen.
